Product Manufacturing and Testing
Our manufacturing team has many years of experience in fabricating ridge-waveguide and buried heterostructure III-V compound semiconductor optical devices. We have the required epitaxial growth and wafer processing facilities as well as experts to grow high-quality epitaxial structures and fabricate state-of-the-art III-V compound semiconductor optical devices, and we have dedicated experts to develop special facet coatings for applications where optical reflections is critical.
We have advanced chip and module testing facilities to test and characterize III-V compound semiconductor optical devices, as well as advanced packaging facilities to package the optical chips.
